Do you need to cover-up an old tattoo or just get it reworked?
Perhaps you wear a tattoo which no longer expresses your personality
or new relationship. We can design a piece which will cover
the old tattoo with one that is more pleasing.
Masking the original ink with a new tattoo puts certain limits
on the cover-up piece. Not only must it be a well done tattoo
that should bring you lots of compliments, but it must also
conceal the unwanted ink. Not all designs will work effectively
as a cover-up tattoo, but often it is possible to take certain
aspects of the desired artwork and incorporate them into a
new picture which will do the job.
Old tattoos which have lost their original crispness and
clarity due to time and weathering can be renewed with a fresh
outline, shading, and color work to look as vivid as when
first applied.
If you wish we can add detail and extra shading
which may have been overlooked by the original tattooist.
See our photos below for examples of cover-ups
and reworks showing the unwanted tattoo and what was done to
create a new picture over the old piece for a more satisfying
piece of ink work.

work selected from each artist portfolio. The before tattoos
